The tDIVI bridge
TDIVI is testnet DIVI on the side-chain (8 decimals).
Deposit
- Send testnet DIVI to the bridge address, with no special data.
- The sequencer watches it (
getaddressdeltas). - After 6 confirmations it applies
bridge/mint {divi_txid, vout, to, amount}.
The mint is idempotent per outpoint (divi_txid plus vout), so the same deposit can never be credited
twice. to is the address that funded the deposit's first input.
Withdraw
{ "type": "bridge", "op": { "kind": "withdraw", "amount": "100000000", "divi_address": "x..." } }
(bridge/withdraw in the spec's shorthand.) This burns the TDIVI and queues a payout. The operator pays
queued payouts from the bridge wallet and records bridge/paid {id, divi_txid} so you can see the Divi
transaction.
Custodial means custodial
The operator holds the real testnet DIVI in the bridge wallet. If they stop paying, the side-chain cannot force them. That is documented openly, and the amounts are testnet. When you do not want to trust anyone, use a swap.
